MBD Construction is a general contractor focused on workforce development for individuals who want to learn, grow and sustain opportunities within the construction industry.
MBD works with the City, County, State and Large General Contractors to assist with the Outreach, Educational Development, Candidate Placement, and introduction into the trades.
We work with pre-apprenticeship programs to assist in the education of each future apprentice.
Our outreach team focuses on reaching out to recently incarcerated individuals from economically distressed zip codes, individuals from the native and refugee communities; as well as individuals who are identified as: African American, East African, Hispanic, Asian, and Pacific Islanders.
